How do I find an item in the store?
Click on the SEARCH link. You can search based on item, category, or key word.
How do I measure for a Chapeau and Cape?
Chapeau – measure around your head, approximately and inch above your ears. Cape-Your normal shirt collar size and measure the length of the cape, measure from the back of your neck straight down to the back of your knees.
When will I get my order?
You can expect most orders to be delivered to you within 5-7 business days. Shipments leave our location 1 to 2 business days after your order is received. Regalia packages can take up to 4 weeks depending on availability of items. Shipping distance from Mohegan Lake, NY varies from 1 to 7 days within the US. Canadian and overseas shipments vary, based on distance and customs procedures.
How do you ship and how much will it cost?

What if I am ordering from another country?
All transactions are executed in US Dollars. Due to high fraudulent security, we are unable to accept online orders from outside the United States and Canada, including APO & AP addresses. If you need to place an order, email our company directly at email@example.com.
